This is an appeal of a jury’s award of damages under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act1 (DTPA) to appellees Charles and Michelle Oakes in a case arising from faulty construction of a residence. We are asked to determine whether all elements of the DTPA claim were satisfied, whether the evidence was legally and factually sufficient to sustain the jury’s verdict, and whether the trial court erred in limiting counsel’s ability to make objections.
