*1034Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Warren County) to review two determinations of the Superintendent of Clinton Correctional Facility which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner addressed a letter to a female correction officer using her first name and was warned that he was not to continue to engage in such conduct.
