DAUGHTREY, Judge.

The dispositive issue presented by this appeal concerns the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction of defendant Gabriel Silberman, a piano repairman, for fraudulent breach of trust. Silberman allegedly misappropriated parts of an electric player piano belonging to the prosecuting witness, Consuelo Wade. He was charged with fraudulent conversion of goods valued at over $200; he was found guilty by the trial judge, sitting without a jury, and sentenced to not more nor less than two years imprisonment.
