Case Summary

S.T. was adjudicated a juvenile delinquent for the illegal consumption of alcoholic beverages, a Class C misdemeanor, and for committing acts that would have been criminal offenses if committed by an adult, namely: battery as a Class D felony and resisting law enforcement as a Class A misdemeanor.
