ORDER

Kevin Schubert pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm as a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and was sentenced to 50 months in prison. His conditional plea preserved his right to appeal the district court’s adverse suppression ruling. Schubert appeals, arguing that the search warrant authorizing the search of his vehicle was not based on probable cause supported by oath or affirmation.
