COLEMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, which denifed appellant’s petition for a writ of error coram nobis.

From petitioner’s brief, and matters in the record, we gather that petitioner was convicted in the same court, on October 21, 1959, under an indictment charging that petitioner did carnally know, or abuse in the attempt to carnally know, a girl under the age of twelve years.
