MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause comes before the Court after Hearing on Motion of Ohio Citizens Bank for Relief from Judgment and to Stay Enforcement of Judgment. At the Hearing, the Court allowed both counsel the opportunity to file Memoranda of law on the issues presented in this case.
