The case at bar brings to this Court a complicated fact situation calling, inter alia, for a determination (1) whether the lease in suit dated January 29, 1981 between the debtor Consolidated Pier Deliveries, Inc. (CPD) and the Department of the Army was effectively terminated prior to the filing of a Chapter 11 petition for reorganization, and (2) whether cause exists for vacating the automatic stay under § 362[a] of the Bankruptcy Code.
