The' case having been tried by the circuit court without the intervention of a jury, its findings bn the issues raised by the pleadings having been general, and no instruction having been asked in the nature of a demurrer to the evidence, we are limited in our consideration of the case to such errors as have been assigned relative to the admission or exclusion of testimony.
