Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Oswego County (Norman W. Seiter, Jr., J.), entered October 27, 2008 in a medical malpractice action. The order, among other things, directed that plaintiff will not be entitled to take the videotaped deposi*1437tions of two nonparty witnesses unless certain conditions were met.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law with costs, the motion is granted and counsel for nonparty respondents is precluded from objecting during or otherwise participating in the videotaped depositions.
