In advance of briefing and argument on this appeal on its merits, we here act upon appellants’ motion for an order of this court appointing counsel to serve on the appeal at public expense.

Appellants are the parents of the above named minor. Their appeal is from an order of the juvenile court declaring the minor to be a dependent child as defined in subdivision (a) of section 600 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, 1 and ordering him removed from appellants’ custody.
