This action was brought against the administrator of the estate of Ruth W. Anderson,. deceased, seeking to recover money for which it is claimed the estate is liable. The cause was tried to the court without a jury and resulted in findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment sustaining the plaintiff’s *508right to recover in the sum of $413.95. From this judgment the defendant appeals.
