Decedent, an adult single person, was found insane and committed to the Winnebago State Hospital on June 25,1926. He remained at this institution until August 4, 1938, when he was transferred to the Outagamie county asylum at Appleton. He remained here until his death on August 17, 1944. Appellant, successor to the board of control, filed its claim in the county court against decedent’s estate for care and maintenance during the entire period.
