Johnson's Case

We consider in this case whether an employee is entitled to an award of a penalty in the amount of $10,000, as called for by G. L. c. 152, § 8(1), par. 2,1 where an insurer *835failed to pay, within ninety days, interest under G. L. c. 152, § 50,2 on a decision ordering G. L. c. 152, §§ 34 and 35, disability payments, but where the payment of such interest was not specifically ordered in the decision.
