Lucia T. Waller, plaintiff, appeals from a decree entered by the court, in which it dismissed plaintiff’s bill for want of equity and ordered the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as trustee, to deliver certain securities to the defendant, Mildred Loring Wilson and to remove as a cloud on her title the lease and other instruments.
