SEARS, Chief Justice.

Mark McPherson was convicted of malice murder, financial transaction card theft, and two counts of theft by taking in 2000, and he was sentenced to death for the murder. This Court affirmed McPherson’s convictions and death sentence. In 2003, McPherson filed this habeas corpus action raising numerous claims. In its final order of August 24, 2007, the habeas court denied relief on all grounds save one.
