PER CURIAM: *

Arturo Elizondo pled guilty to possessing an unregistered firearm. His sentence included a three-year term of supervised release. A condition of that release was a prohibition on committing any other crime. While on supervised release, Elizondo allegedly assaulted a woman with whom he was living. On the night of the alleged assault, the woman identified Elizondo as her attacker. She later recanted. When called to testify at Elizondo’s revocation hearing, she asserted her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. The district court subsequently determined that Elizondo had…
