¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals1 that reversed the judgment of the Washington County Circuit Court2 convicting Jeremiah Purtell of four counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 948.12(lm) (2009-10).3 The court of appeals held that the circuit court erred in denying Purtell's motion to suppress evidence seized from a warrantless search of his personal computer.
