TODD, Presiding Judge, Middle Section.

In this divorce case, the plaintiff wife, Ann Madison Lescher has appealed from a judgment upon her petition to enforce previous orders for child support.

On March 22, 1971, the Trial Court entered an order providing as follows:

It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the defendant, George Hamilton Lescher, will pay to the complainant, Ann Madison Jefford Lescher, as alimony and child support, the sum of $26.25 per week together with one-half (½) of any and all sums of money coming into his hands from any source whatsoever…
