Defendant Johnny Ray Basham appeals the denial of his motion to suppress and his subsequent convictions for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(C), possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), and possession of firearm after former conviction of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1).
