An admittedly correct general statement of this case is thus made: Benjamin Boberts, a negro boy about 10 years old, lost his right arm under the wheels of a car of a moving freight train, and brought this suit by Isaac Boberts and Mary Boberts, his father and mother, as next friends, against the Houston & Texas Central Bailway Company, the Texas & New Orleans Eailroad Company, and the Galveston, Harrisburg & 'San Antonio Kailway Company, to recover therefor, laying his damages at §20,000.
