OPINION
SCOTT, Judge.
Indicted for the sale of marijuana to an undercover law enforcement officer, the ap*413pellant was found guilty of possession of marijuana and received a sentence of eleven months and twenty-nine days in the Benton County Jail. Much aggrieved by his conviction, the appellant has presented three issues for our consideration.
In the first two issues the appellant questions whether the trial judge erred by allowing the state to present evidence concerning another criminal offense which occurred nine days subsequent to the events involved in this case. While there is no challenge…
