Affirming.

Albert Smith, a citizen and resident of Harlan County, Kentucky, died in 1916, leaving his widow and four infant children, who were the plaintiffs below and are appellants here. He owned some real estate, a portion of the title to which was inherited from his father, and the remainder of the title was acquired by him from his brothers and sisters, who were joint heirs of their father with him.
