John Wesley Rhodes was convicted of aggravated assault (with intent to rape) and sentenced to serve ten years. He brings this appeal enumerating three asserted errors. Held:

1. In one of his enumerations, Rhodes urges that the evidence is not of sufficient probity to sustain the jury’s verdict of guilty. The evidence before the jury authorized it to find that the victim of the assault lived on the second floor of a dormitory of the Medical College of Georgia.
