SOMERVILLE, Judge.

This is an original proceeding in mandamus. James E. Vaughn, hereinafter referred to as “relator”, stands accused in Division I of the Magistrate Court of Boone County, Missouri, by verified complaints made and filed by the prosecuting attorney of Boone County, Missouri, with having committed multiple felonies.
