WILKINS, Justice:
11 Jack J. Grynberg, Celeste C. Gryn-berg, and L & R Exploration (collectively "Grynbergs") appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment to Questar Pipeline Company and its affiliates (collectively "Questar") on all of the CGrynbergs' contract and. tort claims for breach of several natural gas purchase agreements. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
