CIRILLO, Judge:

Joseph H. Dalberto appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Columbia County. We affirm.

Following a lengthy sting operation, Dalberto was arrested and charged with a total of thirty-one (31) counts of criminal activity, twenty-six (26) of which included violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. 35 P.S. § 780-101 et seq. Dalberto entered a guilty plea to eight (8) counts of delivery of a controlled substance, with a plea bargain contemplating that consecutive sentences would be imposed on no more than two counts; the…
