In a negligence action to recover damages for wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering, defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered April 25, 1975, in favor of plaintiff, upon a jury verdict. Judgment affirmed, with one bill of costs jointly against appellants appearing separately and filing separate briefs. Under the proof in this record, there was a sufficient basis for holding both defendants negligent.
