Kinney v. Cady

Plaintiff, on October 3, 1940, filed a petition claiming damages of the defendant for wrongfully treating hogs belonging to the plaintiff. To this defendant filed answer and counterclaim. In said counterclaim, as amended, he asked damages against the plaintiff for slanderous statements alleged to have been made by the plaintiff.
