TAURO, District Judge.
I. Introduction
Presently at issue is Plaintiffs Motion to Remand [# 11]. Because this court lacks jurisdiction, Plaintiffs Motion is ALLOWED.
II. Background
This putative wages and overtime class action was originally filed in Massachusetts Superior Court on May 15, 2010.1 In his Complaint, Plaintiff alleged seven claims arising under state law.
