DECISION

McLAUTHLIN, Judge:

Sergeant Winston Thomas, Jr. pleaded and was found guilty of four specifications of larceny of military property and one specification of false official statement, after his motion to strike “military property” from the larceny specifications was denied. His general court-martial sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, confinement for 12 months, forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for 12 months and reduction to airman basic.
