CODY, Justice.

This suit was brought by appellant against appellee, seeking recovery for total permanent disability under a group insurance policy issued by appellee to Sinclair Consolidated ' Corporation, of which appellant was an employee. The case was submitted to the jury on special issues, the first of which was answered in appel-lee’s favor, the others not being answered: and on such verdict judgment was rendered for appellee.
