OPINION

BARRY, Circuit Judge.

This is a bailment negligence action. The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants. Manchester Equip. v. American Way Moving & Storage Co., 176 F.Supp.2d 239 (D.Del. 2001). We have jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and our review of the District Court’s grant of summary judgment is de novo. In performing our review, we must view the record in the light most favorable to appellant and determine whether genuine issues of material fact exist and, if not, whether appellees are entitled to judgment as a matter of law.…
