This suit was brought in the circuit court of Pope County by appellant to evict appellees from a certain store building and warehouse in Russellville, under the provisions of the forcible entry and detainer statute. The material allegations of the complaint are as follows:

First, that appellant is the owner of certain business property, including a warehouse, in the city of Russellville, and is lawfully entitled to the possession of same.
