This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Dane county, HON. GEORGE R. CURRIE, Reserve Judge, presiding. The judgment affirmed a decision of the Wisconsin Tax Appeals Commission which reversed a sales tax assessment made by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on the gross receipts from a parking lot operated by the respondent, Family Hospital, Inc.
