*594In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J.), entered December 11, 2006, which, upon so much of an order of the same court dated October 2, 2006, as granted those branches of the defendants’ separate motions which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
