Appellants brought an action seeking a writ of mandamus to annul a change in classification of appellants’ property, made by the board of supervisors of Hamilton County, and covering certain property of the respective appellants which was assessed for taxes during the year 1940. The appellants, in this same action, further sought an injunction to restrain and enjoin the county treasurer from collecting personal taxes assessed against them, which were based upon the change in valuation and classification as made by the board of supervisors.
