Appellant filed his intervening petition in the case of Maria P. Barnes v. Mary G. Barnes, pending in the circuit court of Cook county as General Number 295367, being a proceeding in chancery for an accounting between the parties. The petition sets forth that petitioner is a duly licensed attorney at law and his employment by defendant to represent her in said case and in all other matters connected with the administration of the estate of Erastus A.
