— Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Baer, Jr., J.), entered June 29, 1988, which granted summary judgment to defendants Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company and North River Insurance Company, modified, on the law, to the extent of denying the motion as to defendant North River Insurance Company and remanding the matter to IAS Part 11 for further proceedings consistent herewith, and in all other respects affirmed, without costs.
