This is an action of trespass quare clausum fregit, brought by Delia D. Marks, the appellee, in the circuit court of Cook county, against James P. Madsen, the appellant. The declaration described the premises as a certain close of the plaintiff situated in Cook county, to which she had title, under the Statute of Limitations, by adverse possession for twenty years.
