This case involves claims surrounding the narrations by the late Mr. Alexander Scourby of the King James Version of the Old Testament and the King James Version of the New Testament in 1972 and 1974 respectively at the request of the director of the Defendant Episcopal Radio T-V Foundation, Inc. (“Episcopal Foundation”), Ms. Carolina Rakeshaw.
