ACKERMAN, J.,

After a six-day jury trial, the jury entered its verdict as follows on the following issues:

“At the conclusion of all evidence and on motion of the defendant, Glen Albert Nathan D.C., a directed verdict was entered in behalf of said defendant and against the plaintiff, Lauren Sue Sostman Nathan, as to Count II of plaintiff’s complaint alleging breach of fiduciary duty; as to Count III of plaintiff’s complaint alleging violation of the Pennsylvania Security Act; and as to a por*262tion of Count I of plaintiff’s complaint dealing only with fraudulent nondisclosure.
