Dave Sutton prosecutes .this appeal from a judgment of conviction against him for the crime of robbery.

We shall first direct our attention to the question of whether the evidence is sufficient to have warranted the jury in returning a verdict of guilty.

John Douglass, the person charged to have been robbed, is twenty-one years old, and lives in Saline County, Arkansas.
