This is an action for a declaratory judgment and other equitable relief. The court determined plaintiff's right to certain property and to the income therefrom, fixed the amount of income and interest at $386,247.94 and entered judgment. Defendants have appealed.

John E. Liggett, respondent's grandfather, died November 23, 1897. By his will he created a trust estate. The trust period expired April 4, 1916, and thereafter (May 15, 1920) a suit was instituted by testator's three daughters, Ella L. Wiggins, Dolly L. Kilpatrick and Cora B.
