The judgment granted those parts of the cross motions of plaintiffs and defendant Thomas Johnson, Inc. seeking a declaration that de*1752fendant Sirius America Insurance Company, also known as Sirius Insurance Company, is obligated to defend and indemnify plaintiffs in the underlying action.
