Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: In May 1990, after nearly 29 years of marriage, plaintiff commenced an action for separation, which was thereafter converted to an action for divorce, on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. During the pendency of the action, plaintiff was awarded temporary maintenance of $100 per week and temporary child support of $250 per week for the parties’ two unemancipated children.
