This is a bill in equity for the infringement of a copyright. The complsiinanl is a resident of Germany, and has been for many years engaged in the business, under Hie name of “Photographische Gesellschaft,” of publishing copies of paintings after obtaining the rights of publication from the authors. The name “Photographische Gesellschaft” has existed since 3802, and complainant has been the sole proprietor of the business carried on under that name since 1872.
