This is a workmen's compensation case. Petitioner, Cecilia A. Loggins, filed suit against respondent, Mallory Capacitor Company, a Corporation, in the Circuit Court of Madison County seeking compensation under Alabama's workmen's compensation law for injuries suffered while in the employ of respondents.
