The present case is before this court on an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in favor of the defendant in an action brought by the plaintiff seeking damages for loss of consortium resulting from the alleged negligence of the defendant *665which caused injuries to plaintiff’s husband in an automobile collision between automobiles operated by plaintiff and the defendant.
