Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, rendered November 9, 1977, convicting him of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree and grand larceny in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed and case remitted to the Supreme Court, Putnam County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). Defendant was the business manager of the Kent Nursing Home, which was owned by his wife and son.
